Fishies, fishies... swimmin' in the tank, bein all happy & cute
Well, this is our (Anthony and I) fishie tank... a 55 gal. beast! Heh. The boy is totally in charge of this because, well, hes the fish addict and he *truly* enjoys it as a hobby. Hmm, what a dork! :P
Anyways, we spent lots on it and the beginning pics are quite 'ghetto' because we didn't have much done to it. As you can see in later pics it looks quite good. I definitely think we could give a pet store a run for their money! lol....
I happened to buy a hog-nose puffer fish (they are from Laos, Thailand, Asia areas) and I didn't realize they like to slice & dice their meals (aka his tank mates).
Needless to say, the boy and I found many of our starter cichlids breakfast, lunch and dinner for this greedy bastard that I had named, Piggy. Piggy is back at the pet store. And were working on stocking our cichlid supply back up, *again*.
UPDATE: All of our fish, frogs, dragonfish etc you see in these pics are dead. Our tank is now in storage awaiting a future salt water project.
